  I work at a car dealership and deal with many insurance agencies for our customers. Many times there are customers that want to wait at the dealership and have their car registered while they wait. I had sent over paperwork, and had to call in because there was a little wait time. The customers agent that handles their policy was busy. Instead of getting voice mail or brushed off Sally Figueiredo took control of the situation!!! She went up and beyond to provide excellent customer service and quick control and resolved the issue. Thank you Sally for being one of those great employees that make all the difference!!!

  Alice Morin is a treasure to our company and has assisted us with every possible need large and small. She is simply great to work with and I have every confidence in her expertise in whatever issue I bring up. Her prompt assistance and tremendous customer service has made dealing with business insurance a pleasure. That's pretty amazing!
